Yassuo: Moe The Streamer

Who is Yassuo?

You might have heard about Yassuo, whose real name is Hammoudi Abdulrahman, who you better know as Moe. On June 13, 1998, he was born in New York City, New York. Moe is a YouTuber and a social media sensation best known for his Twitch channel he started on April 9, 2017. Nearly two million people followed him online, making Yassuo the 355th most popular channel on the platform. He live-streamed for over 8,550 hours and has around 100 million cumulative views throughout all of his live streams.

A record-breaker.

On an average of 10,600, Yassuo gained the most viewers in each of his streams. He set a record hit last April 11, 2020, with 99,005 viewers. He’s primarily focused on playing League of Legends, one of today’s most popular online multiplayer games. But Yassuo also plays Valorant, Apex Legends, and Call of Duty: War Zone while live-streaming. Yassuo received education in New York City through the help of his Palestinian parents, along with his older brother and younger sister. However, his siblings wish to remain anonymous in the media. He started playing video games in elementary school and took it seriously after enrolling in a local high school. He played numerous games against his classmates and suddenly discovered that he was better than all of them; Yassuo was also interested in sports and played soccer and table tennis during his school days. He enrolled at New York University after matriculating in 201. But Yassuo quit college after only one semester to focus on his internet profession.

His career as a casino streamer and YouTuber

Yassuo began his YouTube channel, named after himself, on May 25, 2017. It now has over 2.9 million subscribers, while his videos garnered over 590 million views. His followers widely regarded him as the top North American player of the League of Legends as hero Yassuo. And majority of his videos feature him playing the game. Yassuo also featured several other well-known YouTubers and gamers in his films, including Tyler1, widely regarded as one of the internet’s most nasty players.

Last year, the gamer suffered a severe career setback due to an unfortunate incident. Aatrox, Ahri, Akali, Alistar, Amumu, Anivia, Annie, Aphelios, Brand, Braum, Camille, Corky, Caitlyn, D raven, Ekko, Ezreal, Elise, Kalista, Kaylee, Leona, Lilia, Lucian, Rell, and others are among the most strong champions in the League Of Legends game. And then, Yasuo is the name of one of the game’s most prolific and powerful characters. In League Of Legends, Yasuo was a skirmisher and swordsman who could attack his opponents with air. The wind guides his blade  and defeats all of his foes with amazing twists and turns of the wind. However, Yasuo was suspected of murdering his Master in cold blood when he was young. But Yasuo persuaded his clan of his innocence and tried to convince them that he would never conduct such a horrific murder. Unfortunately, he was unable to convince others of his innocence. In self-defence, he, unfortunately, killed his sibling. The true identity of Yasuo’s Master’s killer is revealed later in League Of Legends. While Yasuo is eventually found innocent, he could not forgive himself for what he did to his brother. Yasuo became quite a learned guy due to all of these adversities in life, he always had intelligent and inspirational things to say. Yasuo speaks the lost language of Bronzie in the game, which is highly similar to Korean. In his Yasuo quotations, he frequently uses “hasagi,” which means “cutting edge.” Yasuo lines or Yasuo quotes are directed at Master Yi during League Of Legends. ‘Master Yi is the Wuju Swordsman in League Of Legends, and he frequently engages in combat with Yasuo. Yasuo’s remarks and quotes are really humorous and mocking against Master Yi throughout the game.  

His personal life and followers

Yassuo prefers to keep the details of his personal life private. However, you might have known him to be in a long-term relationship with Instagram celebrity Bella Su. And Yassuo’s live streams frequently feature her too. Yassuo, on the other hand, stated in August 2021 that they were no longer together and that they had split earlier that year. Neither commented about the reasons for their breakup, but it appears that they didn’t part on good terms.

A cease-and-desist order against Yassou.

A law firm also served Yassuo with a bogus cease-and-desist order in January 2020. He proceeded to the law firm indicated in the order, only to discover it was fictitious. Yassuo then snapped a photo in front of the fictional law business, holding the fictitious cease-and-desist order, and posted it to his Twitter and Instagram accounts. Remember that his Twitch account has over 2.8 million followers. His channel has over 75 million views. His YouTube channel, in addition, has over 2.5 million subscribers.

While his early footage lacked polish and showmanship, his current content provides an entertaining gaming stream for his fans and viewers. He goes to the gym twice a week and participates in a variety of activities with his buddies, including football, soccer, and table tennis. He adores dogs, and his two pet dogs can be seen in many of his Instagram photos. Yassuo enjoys traveling and has been all around the United States for both business and pleasure, as well as to Europe and Asia to play in numerous “League of Legends” events.
